Booking

All booking is done with the campsite (contact details at bottom of page) We get a reduced £13.50 rate (Extra Large pitches £14.50) from Monday 24th March to Thursday 3rd April. When you contact kelling quote 'spring star party' to get the reduced rate. Fields available are red and yellow and pitch numbers are shown on the maps below.

Some people stay a few nights before or after the weekend to be sure of some clear skies. Although the toilet block lights will only be off for the main dates.

Pitches are booked on a first come first served basis and the staff will not get involved with describing pitches (Maps are below for this purpose)

Kelling staff will not be able to describe the program/itinary or anything else in connection with the star party. An information pack will be given on the day of arrival but all details are available on this website or for further information go to the contact page.

Family groups may wish to book a lodge or mobile home. You may also prefer to go on yellow field, as the red is more suited for observing, with the astronomers being up to the early hours.
